A web-development brand site, designed and built end to end to prove the point by being fast, accessible, and polished. Retired, and no longer deployed.
The goal
A marketing site for taking on client development work, where the site itself was the portfolio piece: cinematic but fast, fully accessible, and conversion-focused.
What I built
A Next.js 15 / React 19 site with an animated hero, a synchronized before/after slideshow, an SVG line-drawing process timeline (horizontal on desktop, vertical on mobile), a categorized 20-question FAQ, transparent productized pricing, integrated Cal.com booking, and a service-area map. It was privacy-conscious by design, with no tracking cookies and business-only contact details.
How it works
Next.js 15 (App Router), React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind v4, and Framer Motion, deployed on Vercel. Images used Next/Image with automatic AVIF/WebP conversion and responsive sizing; fonts were subset with display swap. Full Open Graph and Twitter metadata, an auto-generated sitemap and robots file, and Search Console verification rounded out the SEO.
Impact
Measured on mobile before retirement: 100 SEO, 100 Best Practices, 93 Performance, and 91 Accessibility. End-to-end proof of design, performance, and accessibility work.
Why itβs archived
I built this to take on client projects, then chose to put that time into my own products instead. The site came down and the domain now serves this portfolio.
